Science Court Gravity
Over the course of the trial, students will learn: Why some objects have more gravity than others Why an object's weight on Earth is more than its weight on the moon Why even though an object's weight changes with gravity, its mass remains the same How to set up experiments to: Use a scale to measure gravity's effect on weight Calculate and compare weight on each planet Measure the mass of an object using a balance Explore the relationship between mass, gravity, and weight How to work as a team by: Becoming members of an interdependent group Listening and talking with others Sharing a common goal
